We would like to welcome the newest member of our team Leighton Judges who recently joined on a 2 year apprenticeship in Business Management.
What do I do in my spare time?
I enjoy playing basketball for a local team as well as 5-a-side football. I also enjoy camping, walking and music gigs at the weekends. In the summer myself and friends attend music festivals such as Leeds festival.
Why I joined:
I joined just over 3 months ago as a Business management Apprentice after completing my A-levels. I was looking for an apprenticeship in this sector and this role fitted perfectly as it provides a higher education qualification (at college) as well as workplace experience.
What I like about working here:
The factor that I like most is that I am always presented with new challenges and learning curves. This gives me a sense of purpose and responsibility, even as a new member of the team.
Apprenticeship so far:
Although there is still much to learn, I feel as though so far, I’ve gained crucial knowledge in both business management and the paper industry. The team around me is supportive and always do their best to create a positive working environment.
Leighton has already proved himself to be a valuable member of our team in the short time he has been here, we look forward to working with him and seeing him develop over the years to come.
